problem with decoding

when i try to decode a divx movie the program gives the following problem:

can't load "P3package.dll"
what's wrong?

Need more information. What are you 'decoding' with and what are you trying to do?

Either re-install TMPG Enc' or D/L the driver from here

i tried to copy on vcd a dvd rip from internet
i downloaded it in divx and i want to convert it to mpeg vcd

Did you try and D/L the DLL from the link I posted
D/L it and then unzip it into the folder that you have your encoder.

it worked, i had to download dll 3&4 but know i'm decoding we wil see if it workes.

all the movies i download are more than 80 minutes so i can't put them on a cd, how do i splitt the movies?
or how can i get one movie on 1 cdr.
