Hi, is it possible to convert PAL VHS into NTSC VHS using some software ?The Hardware available with me includes P3,866,128ram,ati aiw 128 pro 32 mb,win 98 and other freewares available from this site. my ati card outputs only pal though it accepts ntsc & pal both. Pl advise, thanks

The AIW output is not really great, but it is possible with your hardware. You have to capture the video (and audio) in the best way your PC can do, and then convert it using Tmpeg or other programs like it, and then play it back via the video output and record it with a VCR that can record the new format. The quality will not be great, but usable. Converting the frame rate will take many hours of processing. Or, to save some time, send the tape to me
