how to make chapters on DVD in this case

Hi all,

I've a lot of little movies (50 * 2/3mns each) and I want to put it on DVD-R.
I've done it already : I added each movie one by one and the result was a DVD with 50 tracks. It's not good for my DVD player, it's unable to play the latest ones.

I want to have just one or 2 tracks with chapters, but I don't want to join all my files and to mark chpaters by hand.

Is it possible ?
How ? Which tool do I need ?
