1) Is there a tool that lets you edit MPEG flags. In particular I want to edit the Aspect Ratio from 4:3 to 16:9.
2) Can this also be done for AVI's? and if so what tool?
Thanks
Nathan
PS. I have captured in Anamorphic, edited in Ulead Video Studio as an AVI, converted to MPEG also using Video Studio. I know I could use TMPGenc to encode but I'd rather just edit the flags if possible.

I'm not sure if there is a tool that can do that for MPG's... but for avis you can. Virtualdub should be able to do that. VIDEO -> FILTERS. there you should take a look.
