  1. I have a .wav file I converted/ripped from a .AVI file. Problem is its now to big to burn to a CD-R to make a Audio CD. I need a program to CUT the end off it to make it fit on the CD-R or is there a option in nero or other burning program that will just let it burn to the end of the cd? Since the .wav file wont fit on the CD-R I immediately get the message in Nero saying the media is to big to fit on the CD-R and wont start the burn. If I could just get it to burn till the end of the CD even though its not complete would be great.

    Thanks!

  2. Hello !

Nero has a built-in sound file editor .

I do not know which version you have, but if it's newer, it's there alright .

Just open a Audio CD project, put that wav file in, and rightclick on it, and you will see an edit option . Now just select what part should go onto the CD . With that, you are also able to cut that file into two halves, and fade-in/-out .
