Just wanted to share a bad experience with DVD Copy Plus.
Bought through a retailer. Got it home, found out that the VCD quality was very bad (unwatchable), couldn't make SVCD work with my player. Manufacturer offers money back guarantee on their site.
Also was fairly pissed to find out that the product consists of 3 freeware programs which they mark up to $50... ok, if it works which it didn't.
Tried calling their tech support on 5 different occasions, got either a ringing phone or a clueless operator. E-mailed through their website and watched the request rot for several weeks.
Finally gave up and tried to take them up on their money back offer. e-mailed every address shown on their site, got a reply with an address to return it. Did so, got it back a week later saying they could do nothing for me.
Can't return it to the retailer b/c I bought it out of town and b/c it's been more than 30 days thanks to the company dragging their feet.
I've learned a lot since then, now I'm happily creating DVD backups with DVD Decryp, DVD2ONE, and Nero.
Buyer beware and many thanks to all the great help on this site... MUCH BETTER TECH SUPPORT THAN YOU'LL FIND THROUGH COMPANIES LIKE 321 STUDIOS!!
