    I admit I'm far from an expert but are you trying to watch a region 1 disk in a drive set to region 2, for example?

    i only get this in dvddecypter my dvd run fine in my drive. i press cancel and it works. how do i stop this error message?

    If my post was correct I'm guessing the solution is to region-free your drive.
    How you do that I have no idea.
