I downloaded TMPGEnc. Encoder ok, but how do I save the file, and how
do I open it up and use it ?

Iam sooooo confused ! I need professional help.

well, start by reading the guides--they give lots of good info.
What you do next depends on a lot of things--
--did you encode the audio as well as video?
--did you encode to VCD or SVCD?
--do you want to watch your movie on your computer or standalone/TV?

Answer those questions for yourself, and do some reading.
