When watching an MPEG2 file using the Elecard Decoder (ver. 2.0) the Elecard symbol (normally content to be in the upper right hand corner) flutters all over the screen during playback. I would use the Fraunhoffer codec, but for some reason I can't get it to work at all on my system, does anyone know how to get rid of this fluttering problem?
Thanks,
Prospero

Ok I found out what to do...
This was put on windows update by ELECARD to make ppl start registering elecard...
It has nothing to do with WMP9...but it will flutter in any WMP...You either have to crack it or register it (elecard)....I cannot say were to get it but it is available online... -
The best legit way to solve this problem is to stick with ELECARD 1.35 and uninstall 2.0...this will leave you with the regular logo without it fluttering...
download 1.35 here www.download.com
search for elecard when you get to the site...
later
