Heya guys,
After spending countless hours figuring and troubleshooting the encoding process, I successfully came up with an audio-synced ratio-lly correct mpeg file....only to find after excitedly burning it on cdr that my dvd player coughs and splutters and refuses to acknowledge the damn disk.
So is the type of cdr important (I assume so), and if so, are there only specific brands only work?
Cheers,
KC

Some DVD players don't like CD-R. Some like CD-RW's. Some don't like either. You need to check and see if you player is one of this. Look to you left under DVD Players and see what others have said. You will also want to try diferant brands as well. I prefer that they say made in Japan, as to Tiawan or Korea. I like Fuji's made in Japan.
May the force be with you. -
Yeah I thought at first it was the quality of cdr that caused all the problems, but I took a Sony cdr and tried that and it didn't work. Guess I'll have to go with cdrw. Hugely expensive though.
Cheers.
