It wasn't till I used one of the discs and got errors when i started to use one, that I noticed on th case for Fast 10x CDRW drives only.
I thought I could use them at a lower speed ?

Mine is a 4 speed CDWR by the way, not a 2 speed as I though. Took the disks back anyway and got some 2-4 speeds.
Just found out on the HP site that if your drive supports these high speed cdrw's it will have a HIGH SPEED logo on the front of the Drive or on the box etc.
