Is this possible?

Obviously it's possible with TMPG etc but is there an easy way to do it through DVD2ONE or Instant Copy?
I ask as i'm trying backup my friends dvd's which are all on double sided dvd's (dvd-10).

Obviously a decrease in quality would be expected.

Any ideas?

Yeah, there is a way with dvd2one. You need to fish around for the guide. I believe it involves re-naming the vob's after ripping both sides of the disk to make dvd2one think it was ripped from one side.
