Please Help !

In SpruceUp, I am not able to simulate the movie. Actually, the program is shutting down. In the user guide is written that I should make sure that the color quality should be set to 16bit and that windvd must be used. But even having checked these two options, it doesnīt work. The DVD Player I use is Winidvd Platinum Edition, because it is the only Windvd which "works" on my pc. (I donīt know why).

Has anybody an idea what I can do in order to simulate the movie, as it is essential to create chapters and the like.
