I know in WinMediaPlayer, sometimes you need to turn HardwareAcceleration off to take a screenshot... but about in RealPlayer and Quicktime Player?
I have HypersnapDX to take the screenshots, but can anyone help me find the so called "hardware acceleration" in these 2 programs that will allow screenshots to be taken...

in realplayer, maybe unchecking "Use optimized video display" under the Performance tab in Preferences...
-
Easy way: press 'print' button on the keyboard and just cut it out with any picture editor you want

I got it.
In quicktime you need to go EDIT > PREFERENCES > QUICKTIME PREFERENCES > pull down VIDEO SETTINGS > check SAFE MODE
but in REALPLAYER, I still get a black box where the video should be... help with realplayer screenshots.... -
pornstar, that doesn't work with video files like .rm .asf ..wmv and others, the box where the video should be comes up black in the screenshots.
