Hello,

i would like to decimate an mpegfile from 30.000 fps to 29.970 fps. No change of the fileformat. I am very new to virtual and know only how to open the file. And i know the dialog frame-rate. But i dont know what to insert in to the field decimate by and i dont kno how to start the decimate. Can someone help me.
