    I have a few SVCD films in NTSC format.If and how can you convert it to PAL .TV and DVD not compatable with NTSC.

    TMPGEnc does a great job at converting all types of MPEG file from NTSC to PAL (or the other way round). http://www.tmpgenc.net/ is the address to download it at.
