Hi, I am testing PIC7 with Monsters, Inc. on the default PIC settings. Here are my issues & questions.
1. I burned a DVD using PIC and it will not play in one of my "reliable" players, a Cyberhome 500. I will play in my Panasonic and my PC drives, so not to worry TOO much. But the PIC-made DVD-R is a little different.
2. I extracted the PDI files usinf UltraISO and tried to burn a data disc usind RecordNow Max 4.5 and Nero. With RNMax I get "terminated with errors" immediately and "1 bad disc" when I know the DVD is good! Nero gives me an error that the .bup files fdo not match the .ifos, and it won't burn either.
I've done alot of authoring with RNMax and Nero, and I'm suprised that I cannot burn these VIDEO_TS files. What is diferent about these PIC7 files to make them less compatible?
Thanks

I've had the same problem with Nero. Same message. After reading about mixed reviews with UltraISO, I figured there was the problem. Basically I've abandoned using UltraISO until a better method comes for extracting the files.
