  1. Hi All,

I've been trying to get RecordNow DX v4.11 to burn my DVDs. It seems like it should be so easy but I have yet to get it right.

    Here's what I do:
    --------------------------------

    Start RecordNow
Click on "Data" in the toolbar
Change the "Volume Label" to my own label
    Set "Multisession" to New Volume
    Click "Add Files and Folders"
I add my VIDEO_TS folder from a DVD Maestro compiled DVD.
*at this point the "Folder or File as on Disc" shows my VIDEO_TS folder in red*
    The "Source" Dir is correct
    I click the Record button
It looks as though it may start but then terminates saying "Job 1 failed"

Anything wrong in my setup? I am lost here as this fairly straight foward.

    Thanks

I have my VIDEO_TS Folder of a DVD Maestro compiled DVD. I drag that folder into the workspace of RecordNow DX and

  2. I'm getting en error that says the file is too large and it stops before it starts.

The VIDEO_TS folder is exactly 4.37GB (made from DVD2ONE)

I have had this problem before, it means that whatever is in the VIDEO_TS file is not ready to be burned as a movie (ie. there are errors). Try changing the name of this file and it will burn it, but it wont play in your standalone. sonething in the movie file needs to be corrected.

Actually, it needs to be 4.36, otherwise it is too big
