as vcd is the same quailty as a vhs tape, i cant get that same qauilty . as i capture at 8mb bittare with my dv camcorder and using tmpeg i conveter this to vcd. but if i record straight to my vhs player, i dont get the blockness. this happens when i capture from normal tv.

can some one help me
