is it possible to make an IFO mark only places I want it to?
Let me explain
I am trying to get 2 movies on a dvdr
I use DVD Decrypter to rip two movies. Take all vob's and put into one folder (renamed secquencially) and run IFO edit. then transcode output with dvd2one and burn with gear pro.
problem is, when I watch the movies, I get a hundred chapters and takes forever to go to next movie.
What I would like is to beable to hit next on remote and go to next movie.
Even better would be to have a menu with both movies and click on the movie I want.
Any iders would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,
DD

Use DVDMaestro. You can import 2 .M2V-files and in the Connections-tab you can easily fill out the fields with "Next" and "Previous".
I don't remember the exact terms, but it's something like:
Movie1 Next Action: movie 2
Movie2 Previous Action: movie 1
This makes that you can skip back and forth between the 2 movies (assuming they do not contain chapters).

Thanks for that advice, I may just have to resort to that method. I was trying to accomplish this with out going through TMPGenc to re-encode. I like to get it all done more quickly.
Do you think I will have problems with the audio sync using Maestro?
