    Okay I ran into a problem with motion blurr on my Mpegs. I know that it has to do with my TMPGE settings when encoding.

    My question is...What settings do you guys use in TMPGE when frame serving from Vdub? I was using CBR 2000, with normal motion search. And I know that this isn't too good. But what do you guys suggest? I have thinking of doing a 2 pass VBR with 5000 avg, 9000 max, and 2000 min. With a high quality motion search. And what about the Quatize matrix? Any changes there?
