capturing from sky dig

Hi there guys,

I have a hauppauge pvr 250 and I'm trying to capture from my sky digital box. Im using the scart that converts into 2 audio (left and right) and a svideo connector. I still cannot seem to get a picture, I have a Samsung digital box which has a svideo connector and using a svideo lead that works fine, but with this I cannot seem to get anything. Anyone out there help me here?

i have a simular setup and i can capture fine through the scart on the sattelite box, might sound stupid but you have set up the win tv software to composit? or pluged another device in to test (eg camcorder) or tryed another capture program (eg virtualdub)???
