I just got the AverDVD EZMaker which comes with neoDVD. And for what I want to do (capture then burn) it's a great card/software combo. I want to capture in either 720x480 or 352x480 (high or medium) quality.
I want to lower the bitrate in high quality captures (default is 7262 I want 6000) and raise the bitrate in middle quality captures (default is 3444, again I'd like 6000).
Does anyone know a way to do this, because I can't figure it out; and emails to AverMedia go unanswered. Thanks in advance.
