    Hi All,

    I have a Vitec DCM mpeg capture card and I am having some problems.

    I can capture perfectly using the presets of the captured program, but if I change anything (even decresing the bitrate by 1) I get artifacts after burning the file in a DVD.

    I have change the OS, tried different GOP size, etc..

    Any user of this card was able to use the custom settings?
