hi i've encoded a few films with avi2svcd and i've got one film in particular which doesn't wanna play.
It is a downloaded avi file and when i load it in avi2svcd (dvd2svcd) it says audioformat not supported. It doesn't even come up with the vbr error in virtualdub when loaded in there.
Gspot says the audio is:-
divx (same as wma) (0x0161) DIVX
I have installed a VFW codec as i know the directshow filters aren't good enough to encode only play the file. If i remember right the VFW was wma codec v2 or something.
Any help would be appreciated.
John
