By default - When you put a DVD into your drive to be ripped, DVD Decrypter will select just the movie files-by default.
*NOTE: It will also keep all the menu points. What I mean is that you'll be able to skip from chapter to chapter.
My question is a two part one.
Is there a way with DVD Decrypter that you can choose the MENU of the film that your backing up?
Not just the chapter points - but the little pictures that actually show you what chapter you're going to.
What would the file name be? DVD Decrypter works great backing up just movie files - I'd like to have the movie with menu - that's all.

The menu is just another VTS set.
Basically, if you want the menu, you'll have to rip that VTS too.
You'll have the entire menu. If you leave out any extras only the Scene Selection from the movie would work.
I assume there's no need to tell that it requires some extra authoring.
