Ok, I have read up on this site's how to's but I am not fully sure how to encode a VCD with 2 audio tracks?
I know how ot multiplex 2 adio tracks with TMPG but am not sure if I need to change any audio settings?
I mean... do I have to encode both the tracks to mono before I multiplex them?
Any hlep is appreciated greatly!
regards.

Can not be done. VCDs (MPEG1) do not support multiple audio streams/tracks, only MPEG2 (SVCD or DVD) does.
However, you can put one audio stream on the left channel and the other other on the right. You'd have to select to only play one channel or the other on you standalone.
You can do this with cooledit or several other wav editing programs.
