  1. My audio and video are out of sync when I split an avi using virtual dub and and TMPenc. The second mpg also has the audio of the first one. I have tried to split the audio in vitual dub using the framenumbers, no luck.

Have saved both parts as a separate project and to batch encode. This way, the output file of both of them is the same (the first gets overriden by the second), so I am ending up with one mpeg file. I am doing something not right I guess, please help.

Have tried to use the wizard/batch function in TMPenc also. Have spent considerable time already, please help if you can. Thank you.

    1. Have you noted where at in the original video your second file begins and ends.

    2. Load the original video into Gold Wave.

    3. Select the part of the Gold Wave chart where your second file begins and where it ends. Copy this section, create a new audio file with just this audio.

    4. Go back to TMPGEnc. Load the second video file as input video, and your new audio file as input audio, Start encoding.
