Hi,
I have a mpg file here that I can't play. I tried WMP, BS Player, FusionSoft etc. The usual error message is that the filter format isn't known. Then I downloaded Avicodec to see thwat mpg it is but it doesn't work .. can't recognise the format.
So, I have this file from two different sources, both don't run.
Any ideas what to do? I don't have a DVD drive or any DVD knowledge, just in case.
Thanks,
Gwion

You dont need a dvd drive to play dvd (or svcd) mpeg2. Install a dvd software dvd player and try play it.
