Some AVIs have audio like AC3 that plain virtualdub doesn't like sometimes.
Try direct streat and save to wav to see if you can take the audio off into a file. Or try the VirtualdubMPEG2AC3 version.Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin' -
ive just used a tool called avicodec which told me the files are 'ac3 dvm' ive looked for the virtualdub ac3 version but am unable to find it? is there a specific version or is it a patch, there also is a problem with it starting to save the wav.file then stopping.
