DVD Workshop - sound sync problem

Hi

I have a working MPEG 2 file that i created in TMPGEnc and i have burnt it to DVD-R with DVDWS and the sound is well out of sync i added chapter points and a menu will this make a difference. Please can somebody help i have been tring for 5 weeks and have yet to make a complete DVD its just the authoring bit with chapters that fails. I have also tried DVD MF 1 and 2 and DVD IT PE and yet to make a single DVD on 15 or so coasters!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! i am using a A05 1.21 drive with Windows XP. ANY help will be FANTASTIC...

i put two movies on a dvdr. one was in sync one wasn't. i would like too know the answer to that one myself.
