I load captured file (with AVI_IO/PicVideo codec, at 720x576 res.) into VirtualDub 1.4.13 for editing. I only cut the commercials out and frameserve it to CCE.
The encoded MPEG2 file comes out fine, but only to the point where i did cutting. From that point on, the picture gets Jumpy on moving parts, as if i used wrong field order. That goes to the point where i did cutting again, and the picture suddenly gets normal...and so on...
Any idea what i've done wrong?

Have you saved a copy of the avi without the commercials and then reloaded that avi into vdub to then frameserve to CCE? Maybe the cuts have to be made at keyframes and not on a frames inbetween. Not really sure... I've never had this problem.
