I have a Ati 128 16mb video capture card. I have a Dish Network PVR Satelitte Receiver with something recorded on it that I would like to freeze and turn into high quality images? What prgram should I use? I tried the ATI program and I got bad quality images. I am using S-Video so it should look good. Thanks for your help.
