Has anyone ever had problems registering DVD2ONE After purchasing it?I paid for the @#!$%^ thing and I cannot get it to register!

I tried to but when I open the DVD2ONE trial and click the register button it says that I can only register the retail version. Isn't that what I bought?

trial and retail are different, retail is 94kb

U have to cut and past, when u goto the download page u have to cut and past, typing it in will not work, when u cut and past you will see one letter diff. atleast I did. So if u are going to thier site and typing it will not work. The trial will not reg. u have to download the reg. copy on the download page.

Go back to the DVD2One site, click on Download it will ask you for your ID/Reg Key, when get it and run the program it will ask again.

My email registration had the version attached, I just installed and registered.
