I wish to create videos using the PAL setting, but the Radeon will not allow me to becuase I live in a NTSC region and I guess my vcr and tv are both NTSC. I know North America is a NTSC region, but what if I prefer to use PAL?
Can someone tell me how to get the Radeon to record my video using the PAL settings.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I found a link from one of those Radeon tweaker websites that offered a download of modified BIOS files, and one of them was for a PAL version of the Radeon. I haven't tried to replace my video rom (it's supposed to be a file on your root directory called VIDEOROM.BIN, or something along those lines). Has anyone else tried this?
