I have a mpeg-file-1. I would like to burn it on vcd with winoncd. Do i have to convert it with Tmpgenc. What i know so far about Tmpgenc is, that this programm converts to mpeg-1. So why convert this file if its already in mpeg-1.
help appreciated
Thanks
