I've encoded some tv show's using Vdub/PicVideo Mjpeg and the encoded to dvd compliant mpeg2 using TMPGEnc Plus.
My problem is there's a horizontal flashing white line at the bottom of the image which I didn't notice when I encoded.
If I run this through TMPGEnc and use the 'clip frame' feature then I'll achive what I want but surely I'll encode again, which I don't want to do.
Is there a way I can clip this line from the bottom, without affecting the quality?
Thanks,
Will

I don't know if there's any way to do that, but if it's the typical noise at the bottom of the frame, you probably won't see it on an ordinary TV.
