I've encoded some tv show's using Vdub/PicVideo Mjpeg and the encoded to dvd compliant mpeg2 using TMPGEnc Plus.
My problem is there's a horizontal flashing white line at the bottom of the image which I didn't notice when I encoded.
If I run this through TMPGEnc and use the 'clip frame' feature then I'll achive what I want but surely I'll encode again, which I don't want to do.
Is there a way I can clip this line from the bottom, without affecting the quality?
    Thanks,
    Will

  2. I don't know if there's any way to do that, but if it's the typical noise at the bottom of the frame, you probably won't see it on an ordinary TV.

Yeah, 'noise', that's the word I was looking for!
I'll burn it then, see how it comes out.
    Many thanks,
    Will
