Ulead DVD movie factory 2 - Disc Template Manager

How can I apply a newly created template.
I have created a new template in the disc template manager called
"MyTest" I clicked on "Start Project" and than the "capture" icon, and now I am in the window called capture video. I clicked on MPEG options, trying to find "MyTest", to apply it, but it does not show there. "MyTest" template,does not show anywhere else.

On dvd imported files, or newly created filed, the "extract vido" comand seems not working. I select several parts of the movie and return back to main menu, to find that the complete movie is still there.
All what is different is that the thumnail of the clip is now changed to the 1st selected part.
I thought it will now be shortend to the selected parts.
