help : Combining m2v and ac3 to be an mpeg file

Ok I don't have problem making my dvd by having 2 separate files however, the program that will do a good menu will take only mpeg files. Any body can suggest me a way to combine m2v file and ac3 file to be an mpeg file so I can use it in auhtoring program that takes only mpeg ?

or is there any good authoring software that let me create menu easily and take both file ?

I used DVD maestro and It's kind of too much work to be done for a decent work.

You can use TMPGEnc for .m2v + .ac3 -> .mpg.

File menu > MPEG Tools... Simple Multiplex. Select MPEG-2 Program (VBR).

I tried using TMEPG several days ago, it appreas that I forgot to select the fileformat as mpeg2-vbr that's why it sould not detect the file LOL
