    i have a sony dvp 315-415 so i tried using the vcd header trick and i bunrt my gangs of new york cds at i think 4x i dont remmeber and then when i put it in my dvd the audio came 1 second after the mouths were moving, it was i guss out of sync like a chinese movie, guys plz help thanks, what can i do to fix this i used a maxell cdr music 80 mins plz help

    Questoin was it out of sync before you burnt them. How was the video on your pc when you watched it. If it out of sync on pc then try and frameserve it.

    i tried it on someone else dvd player and it wasnt outta sync, so what could be the problem

  4. lol its your dvd player then. are you sure yours supports vcd or svcd or what ever format the video is in?

    Maybe you've pushed the bitrate beyond what your Sony can handle (from a CD)? Even if the VCD header trick makes the player accept the disc, it doesn't imply that it will play it successfully. Try encoding at a lower bitrate.
