I really need help

I found this page a couple of days ago and i wanted to know how to make Vcd movies of an DVD. I klicked the Vcd link to the left and found a newbie guid How to make a vcd movie.

I ripped the Dvd movie to my hd with SmartRipper, and then the guide says that i'm gonna use FlaskMpeg with panasonic plugin. I have all these progs but nor the panasonic plugin, i can't find it anywhere on the web and i'm desperate, plz xan someone help me ?

Flask and Panasonic is only one option, that the guide mention. The Panasonic encoder is a commercial, you can get a demo here.
A free solution is DVD2AVI + TMPGEnc.
