    I have the above card but after having loaded ME on my machine I was no longer able to get the Tv-Out option. After having downloaded Amigamerlin 2.5 driver I do have the Tv-Out, I can get a somewhat blurry picture, but I'm not able to get any color on my Tv.

    What is the problem, is it me being a bad PC user or does a better driver fix it, and if so do you know where I can get it?

    Sounds like a PAL/NTSC setting, try flipping it.
