What files does dvddecrypter select by default?

I noticed that when I rip a dvd with dvddecrypter in file mode that It only selects some of the files by default and the size of the movie on my hard drive is smaller than the sizde of the original dvd. What files are being left out?

well it normally selects just the main movie. the vob files and the ifo file form the main movie...
