converting divx including subtitles

I want to resize my video to 512 X 384 and I want to include the subtitle with it instead of having to keep the subtitle file all the time.

Anyone?

Sorry .I forgot to mention...i KNOW how to convert/resize/re-encode.....but how do I do it WITH the subtitile?

If you are making a vcd with subtitles,then follow this guide:

If you want to add the subttiles into the movie and have it just as a AVI movie,then follow the same guide but when instead of frameserving it,go to "File->Save as AVI
You need also use a compression before saving the AVI,
use video compression like DivX or xvid.
And in the audio,use direct stream copy.

But if you save it as a AVI,you then encode it so it will take some time and you will lose quality of the movie.
