Hi all, just getting into making svcds from dvds. using smartripper-->dvd2avi-->tmpgenc-->nero for the process. toolame and ssrc in tmpgenc. the two problems i have are this:

1) high pitched buzzing, usually most prominent when someone's talking loudly, always there. how can i reduce this? what is this a result of? im using std 224kbps, 44.1khz downsample with ssrc.

2) I get the following error twice whenever audio starts to be encoded from the dvdrip orwhenever video starts to be encoded:
"the procedure entry point vorbis_info_clear could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll". What the he!!. I downloaded another vorbis.dll from another website to no avail. Now I need to monitor every encode until main video encoding starts so i can press ok on the 4 error boxes. Please help with this annoyance. Would appreciate any advice
