    I have been using spruce up to author my dvds and im looking for a new program to use because I feel it is kinda of restricting.

    Does anyone have any suggestions preferably freeware.

    DVD Maestro is a good choice or if you've got the money Scenarist NT. Ulead DVD Workshop is also popular.

    Personally I like Maestro. Actually if you do a forum search there was a poll on this a few weeks ago.

    Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 or Ulead DVD Workshop are very good programs with many options. Ulead offers 30 day full trial versions of both. DVD Movie Factory 2 is good buy for the price.
