Hi, I have been trying to find a way to put an mpeg2 in dvd format on a dvd-r but run into dead ends all over the place. So i decided to convert the mpeg2 in tmpg into dvd ntsc format. However the mpg that comes out is very bouncy...literally seems like the image is jumping up and down. If anyone knows how to fix this, let me know, thanks

Sounds like the source is ntscfilm and you converted to ntsc. that would screw things up. And mpeg2 is already dvd format, you shouldnt need to reconvert to another mpeg2, that will just mess up the quality.

well i am converting the svcd to dvd format so I can just drag and drop it into MF2 becuase when I use MF2, the conversion process took me 36 hours and only 5 with tmpg. However when I use tmpg the dvd mpg that comes out is very bouncy. Any ideas? thanks for the help
