    Opening this thread again...
I've made synced SVCDs using TMPG Enc 12h, 12a never sync's, every SVCD in 12h syncs, I've made 20 tests or so... (Using WIN98 Plus)
I'm in contact with Nintaus and I've gotten an answer to an email, waiting for the next answer now!

I too am pretty tired of trying to get Nintaus to sync properly on SVCD's. I have captured movies from my cam-corder and experience (as mentioned) that the sync varies if I restart the movie. I use tmpgenc2.0 to encode.

The strange thing is, that I tried to rip a DVD and convert a couple of minutes to SVCD - it runs perfectly (I used DVDx 1.6). I can restart again and again - no sync problems. Perhaps there's missing some sync info in the tmpgenc output?
