Ever since I updated my Windows Movie Maker 2 from the Beta version to the final version, I'm getting weird problem when I try to use TmpegEnc to encode.
I do my editing as normal, then save as DV-AVI in WMM2. When I play back the saved AVI file, everthing looks fine. I have the full length program.
When I load the AVI file in TmpegEnc, however, it only imports the first part of the file (the first 5 minutes of a 45 minute program).
This never happened to me with the Beta version. I tried installing the Canopus DV codec, that didn't help. After I unsuccessfully tried to find a way to uninstall WMM2, I tried a re-install - also no luck.
Anyone else encounter this problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Jason (hoff608)

If you find a way to uninstall Movie Maker 2 let me know. Since I installed it I have no way of capturing analog to digital passthrough with a firewire like I could with Movie Maker 1.

Anyone? I will try switching to a different editing program, I just have found Movie Maker very friendly to someone new to editing. It would be nice if I could continue to use it.
Thanks again
