  1. I use Premier 6.02 and also tried 6.5. When playing on Computer I also can see the movie on tha Sony PC9 camcorder.

When export to tape and mark the activate recording deck. The camcorder starts rec and its only blue screen. Some times it comes a picture.

When start again to export to tape and unmark the activate recording deck. Then themovie cames om the lcd on the camcorder. Strange? Then when puch the rec back on the camera. It put the movie on the memory stick(ship).

    What is the problem?

  3. You are pressing on the wrong record button. There is two recording buttons. One that records on the memory stick and another one that will record on the DV tape. Use the other one. I think that the other one is opposite the lcd screen. Don't forget that you must disable DV out in the camcorder's menu.

  5. Your camcorder is different than mine. Follow page 90 of your manual (below):

I tryed the manual way. Start play in premier and manual rec. Sometime is goes great, somtime it is only blue. And the same movie was playing (50 second). And export to tape with the activate recording deck is good and sometimes blue.

But i have used this camera before whitout problem. I wonder if it could be the servicepack1 for winXP pro.

  7. It might be your firewire cable that is defective.
